Welcome to Barbour Manor, a comfortable community in Northeastern Jefferson County just off
Barbour Lane between Hwys. 42 and 22. It is a beautiful community with
mature trees and sidewalks along almost every street. The first phase of the
neighborhood was the site of Homearama in the 1970s. Since that time, homes
continue to be well maintained with most updated inside and out. 

The neighborhood is governed by the Barbour Manor Homeowners Association.
An elected Board of Trustees works to manage the common property and keep
homeowners informed about developments and activities. It holds regular
association meetings and neighborhood gatherings.

Barbour Manor contains 292 homes, including traditional and contemporary
styles. Conveniently located near Interstates, schools and shopping, the
neighborhood is a lovely setting in a sought-after area in Jefferson County.
